"Choir Octet" works on a desktop/laptop version of Chrome - not a mobile device. You are first going to have to allow camera access and then raise your right hand vertically to line up with the webcam on your laptop, or external webcam on your desktop. When a red dot appears on the screen, it will track your hand movement horizontally, and "play" the voice samples accordingly.
